Located in the parish of Encamp, Els Cortals occupies a privileged position that balances nature, complete privacy, and exceptional connectivity. The setting reflects a quiet symbiosis between the Andorran landscape and contemporary function. Mountain paths, woodland, and modern infrastructure shape daily life without compromising calm.
Timeless elegance
Each space has been conceived to enhance natural light, visual openness, and a direct connection with the surroundings. The result is homes that combine contemporary design, comfort, and efficiency, with the attention to detail that defines all DomusLabs projects.
A journey through the rhythms of the forest
The project begins with the desire to inhabit the landscape. To let nature set the rhythm, inspire the form, and define the character of each space. With each step, a new story unfolds.
The Ground
Polished concrete and dark stone evoke primal rock and the dampness of the earth. The textures are raw and powerful. This level is a blank canvas: you decide how to inhabit it.
The Understory
That place where the forest embraces you. The heart of the residence. The contemporary kitchen invites sharing, while the living room, with its stone fireplace and oak timbers, radiates warmth.
The Canopy
Suddenly, the forest opens. Like that unexpected clearing where light fills the space. The first floor breathes openness and serenity. Green brings color to the foreground. The sleeping area rests in natural light.

You lift your gaze to the height, where the treetops dance with the sky. At the highest point, it merges with the light. Light woods, high ceilings, and windows that embrace the valley.

In Els Cortals, each volume engages with the slope, the light, and the surrounding vegetation. The design ensures privacy and maximum natural light, creating contemporary residences that combine sophistication and warmth. The facades pair natural stone with wood, blending into the setting, while the interior layout optimizes functionality and comfort.
A garden as a destination in itself
At between 100 and 230 m², each garden includes lawn, an outdoor kitchen and a pergola. It can also be fitted with an al fresco dining area, a seating area with a fireplace and a hot tub. The outdoor space becomes a livable extension of the home, all year round.
