Campus SelvaMar Lobby

Commercial

Lobby design for Selva Mar Business Campus.

Located within the Campus SelvaMar business complex, the lobby of this office building posed a clear challenge: to transform a functional but uninspiring space into a welcoming, refined setting. Our proposal was based on two key interventions. First, we introduced a large sculptural garden with organic forms and a Mediterranean sensibility. It acts as a natural filter between outside and in, creating more intimate work areas and welcoming waiting spaces. The second gesture is a composition of suspended glass spheres. It visually connects the garden with the elevator lobby, guiding visitors smoothly into the building.

Project

Year: 2022

Dimensions: 145 m²

Typology: Office, common areas

Location: Sant Martí, Barcelona

Nature in contrast with technology

The space's final character is shaped through a careful selection of design elements. Signature furniture defines the waiting, relaxation, and work areas, while custom luminaires above the existing counter integrate this element into the new concept. The precisely chosen greenery adds freshness and dynamism, reinforcing the identity of the space.

Lobby with distinct zones for waiting, relaxation, and work

Mediterranean materiality, crafted by hand.
